We are Called to Show Love and Grace
The way we live says a lot about what’s important to us. As disciples of Jesus Christ, we are called to make love and grace the hallmark of our lives. When we do this, the people we encounter can’t help but notice.
It Starts with Our Relationships
People don’t care what we know until they know that we care. Our witness as disciples of Jesus begins with showing others that we truly care about them. Only when we develop such relationships, will others be curious about why we behave and believe the way we do.
The opposite is also true. When we engage in gossip, judge others, or only seem to care about ourselves and those who belong to our church, we send a message contrary to the teaching of Jesus Christ.

Simple Ways to Witness for Jesus
Choose to be kind and encouraging.
Invite someone to community dinners or worship.
Invite someone to volunteer with you.
Invite children/grandchildren to church youth events.
Like and share church social media posts.
Include a Bible verse in cards you send others.
