What We Believe About Baptism and Communion

Rev. Jim Peich will be hosting a 2-week educational class on the sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion on Feb. 7 and 14 at 6:30P in The Corner. Participants can choose to come to one or both of these 1-hour sessions and each will include a time for questions.

During the first Wednesday evening session on Feb. 7, Pastor Jim will share the history, purpose, and meaning of baptism from a United Methodist perspective. Open to all ages and stages of life, this session will be especially informative if you, or your family, have not been baptized and are curious about what it means to be baptized at Cornerstone UMC.

During the second Wednesday evening session on Feb. 14, Pastor Jim will talk about the sacred meanings and symbolism found in Holy Communion as celebrated in United Methodist churches and share in the Lord’s Supper together.

Register online now or on the sign-up central bulletin board by the church office.
