WALK IN THE JULY 4TH PARADE!

Cornerstone UMC has reserved a spot in the Heritage & Freedom Fest Parade in O'Fallon on the 4th of July! All are invited to represent our church and share the love of Christ with our community as we celebrate Independence Day and our nation's 250th anniversary!

The parade is a wonderful opportunity to let people throughout O’Fallon know about Cornerstone UMC and our upcoming Vacation Bible School for children in our community. The 2-mile route begins at 9:30a and lasts approximately 2 hours. Walkers should plan to be in place by 8:30a We already have a truck and trailer reserved for our group.

All ages are welcome to participate in this fun experience!

If you are unable to walk with us but would like to support our parade entry, we would appreciate donations of individually wrapped candy. Candy donations may be placed in the basket in the church lobby. Donations will be accepted through July 2.

To sign up to walk in the parade, please email info@csofallon.org or add your name to the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board outside the church office. More information on where to meet the day of the parade will be shared with all who have signed up for the walk.
